Paphiopedilum druryi Stein

Rare species found in Southern India from the mountains at an elevation of 1400-1600 meters.  Long thought to be extinct due to a fire which burned out the original collection site, it has recently been found in other locals.  Likes to be dry and needs a large plant to flower.  Each growth typically takes 3 years to mature and then develop a single flower.

Grow in regular Paph mix.
